NJAADA seeks to promote the life-long development and well being of adults across the life span. NJAADA offers professional leadership and information to counselors, family members, legislators and community service agencies who serve the needs of adults. It provides a forum for discussion of ethical, social & technical issues relating to the needs of services to adults and older people the aim of improving the standards of professional counseling services to this fast growing segment of our population.
